How to use

Two pumps of Rockstar Man into an open palm

Rockstar Man is a 30 ml pump of leave-on oil made for every day. Two pumps is a dose.

  • Shake well before every use. Botanicals settle.
  • After shower or shave, before the shirt: pump into clean hands and massage into face, lymphatic drainage pathways, under arms and groin creases.
  • At night: Work into soles of feet, perineum and groin before sleep.
  • Before intimacy ~ with or without a partner, anoint your most intimate tissues for intentional experiences.

RockStar Man. I recently tried using a new product called “Rockstar Man” that blends hemp oil, rose oil, and cannabinoids, and I am glad I did because I am absolutely loving it! My initial thought was it was expensive ($75), but I really wanted to try it because of some research I read on supporting your endocannabinoid system, and how it is directly involved in regulating your mood, memory, pain, motivation, and sleep and other neurological functions. I have now been using this product for approximately 2 months, applying it to my “junk” (private parts) and my armpits/ribs every morning after my shower. It quickly became a welcome addition to my morning routine because I really like the way it made me smell. I think it’s the rose oil that gives it a light, refreshing smell that’s soothing without being overpowering. It is really challenging for me to claim any medical benefits I received from using this product, as suggested by the research I read (placebo effect, etc), but I do actually feel better using it every morning. There is no doubt that there is a noticeable improvement in my mood after using it; I feel more calm and at ease, less anxious and stressed. I have also noticed a slight improvement in my sleep, but this could be a result of feeling less stressed and anxious throughout the day. I am glad I read the research on supporting your endocannabinoid system and ultimately finding this unique product on line… because Rockstar Man has become a daily all-around boost to my physical and emotional well-being. I highly recommend this product for anyone who has a lot of stress in their lives!

I spent my twenties around real rockstars. Island Records, Denny’s loft, the side of a hundred stages. And the thing nobody puts in the documentary is this: a rockstar shows up. Every night. Every city. Doesn’t matter what happened in the last town or what’s falling apart backstage. They walk out and they deliver.

Most of the men I love live exactly like that. They show up for everyone. They are the last name on their own list.

Rockstar Man starts where everything I make starts: full-spectrum hemp, the whole plant, never an isolate. Copaiba and frankincense (Boswellia serrata) give it that deep resin floor. And then the two notes that make it his: basil right up front, and Rosa damascena just behind it, the way a great bass line sits behind the guitar. I wear it as perfume. I know for a fact I’m not the only woman who steals it.

What the research says about what's inside.

  • Rose (Rosa damascena). Rose is one of the very few essential oils that has been through real randomized, placebo-controlled human trials. In one, sixty men on antidepressants took rose oil by mouth for eight weeks and reported more improvement in mood and sexual function than the men on placebo.[1] Read that carefully: they swallowed it, under a doctor’s care. Ours goes on skin, and I’m not claiming any of that for it. I’m telling you because rose has earned serious scientific attention, and I think it deserves a lot more.
  • Copaiba. Its β-caryophyllene binds the CB2 receptor in lab and mouse research, “a dietary cannabinoid” in the researchers’ own words.[2]
  • Full-spectrum hemp. In a 2015 mouse study, whole-plant extract kept working as the dose went up while purified CBD stalled out.[3] That’s why I keep the plant together. Always.

What we haven't proven yet.

Ingredient research is where I start. It is not where I stop. No one has run a clinical trial on this formula, me included. We intend to, and we’ll publish what we find.
