How to use
Rockstar Woman is a 30 ml pump of leave-on oil ~ a little goes a long way. Two pumps is a dose.
- Shake well before every use! The botanicals settle.
- Pump into clean hands and gently massage into target areas. Allow to absorb, don't over blend.
- Daily, after bath or shower & before bed: smooth over belly, inner thighs and groin creases, then right down there ~ vulva and inner labia.

Full Spectrum Hemp
Cannabis sativa L.The whole plant, not an isolate ~ CBD with the minor cannabinoids, the plant's own terpenes and flavonoids, the way it grew. Heather has blended with the whole plant since the beginning. Never one molecule alone.
Copaiba
Copaifera spp.A golden balsam tapped from the trunks of Amazon trees the way rubber is tapped ~ the tree keeps growing. Indigenous Amazonian peoples reached for it for generations before the first European chroniclers wrote it down in the 1600s. Heather's amplifier: it is in every bottle she makes.
Frankincense
Boswellia serrataResin tears from a tree that grows where almost nothing else will ~ the dry hills of India. The same family of resins that travelled the Incense Route to Rome and burned in temples from Egypt to Babylon. We use the whole-resin CO2 extract, not just the scent.
Vanilla

Cananga odorataThe Filipino name means “flower of flowers.” Strung into leis in the Philippines, strewn on the beds of newlyweds in Indonesia, the heart of Chanel No. 5. Held at a whisper in our blends ~ it is a big scent.
Ginger
Zingiber officinaleCultivated for five thousand years and shipped from India to Rome two thousand years ago. Warm, sharp, unmistakable. We use the CO2 extract so the whole pungent fraction comes along, not just the aroma.
Coconut oil
Cocos nuciferaFractionated ~ the light fraction of coconut oil, and the base of Rockstar Woman and Rockstar Man. Clear, odourless, liquid at any temperature, and non-comedogenic, which whole coconut oil is not. The carrier that lets the botanicals travel.
Why Rockstar Woman
Your body already knows.
I was thirty-six with a nine-month-old on my hip when they found the tumor. Surgeons saved my life, full stop. I was raised by doctors, and I will spend the rest of my days grateful to them. But being saved is not the same as being well, and nobody in that hospital had a plan for the second part. So I went looking.
What I found was the endocannabinoid system. Your body has a network whose whole job is keeping mood, sleep, hormones and tissue in tune, and most of us have never once heard its name! I spent years learning to work with it. Then my generation walked into menopause and every question I had ever asked got very, very personal.
Rockstar Woman is what I made for us. Nine ingredients. I keep it short on purpose, because at this point I know the difference between a formula and a list. Full-spectrum hemp goes in first, the whole plant, never an isolate. One carrier, fractionated coconut, chosen because it is light and kind on the most delicate skin you own. Everything in this bottle earns its place. Nothing is there for the label.
What the research says about what's inside.
- Full-spectrum hemp. Here is the study that made up my mind. In 2015, researchers gave mice purified CBD and watched the response climb, then fall off as the dose went up. Whole-plant extract kept climbing.[1] Mice, not women. Their hemp, not mine. But I have never isolated since, and I never will.
- Copaiba. A tree resin from the Amazon, loaded with β-caryophyllene. In 2008 a lab showed that molecule binds your CB2 receptor and called it “a dietary cannabinoid.”[2] A spice-rack cannabinoid, if you like. I like.
- Estrogen and your ECS. In preclinical work, estrogen helps set how much endocannabinoid machinery shows up in female reproductive tissue.[3] So when estrogen moves, that system moves with it. That is the whole reason this bottle exists.
- Ginger and frankincense (Boswellia serrata). Both CO₂-extracted, which is more expensive and slower, and which keeps more of the gingerols, the shogaols and the boswellic acids that steam distillation leaves on the floor.
What we haven't proven yet.
Nobody has finished a randomized clinical trial of cannabinoids for menopause. Nobody. The ingredient science is real and I’ll show it to you all day. The formula science is mine to earn, and I intend to earn it: we’re going to put Rockstar Woman through a clinical study of its own, and we’ll publish what we find.
