  • The Power of Tantra Defining Tantra not as an esoteric concept, but as the art of cultivating presence in the body, especially in the "vital center" (hips, pelvis, genitals).
  • Extended Orgasm as the "Fountain of Youth" A deep dive into the science and practice of extended, full-body orgasms, and how they contribute to well-being and a youthful glow.
  • Solo Sensuality Exercises Practical, empowering exercises for women to reconnect with their bodies and pleasure independently, including "visiting dignitary," "visual inventory," and "tactile inventory."
  • Partnered Practices for Deeper Connection Simple, non-sexual touch practices to foster intimacy and communication in relationships, moving beyond the pressure of penetrative sex.
  • Bringing Men on Board The importance of loving invitation and education for men to understand and participate in this transformative journey alongside their partners.

Episode Highlights

What's your skincare routine?

"I do dunk my face in a bucket of ice water every day, and other things ... but my real secret is extended orgasm. It's like the fountain of youth and it really brings all of those lovely endorphins and happy chemicals and youthfulness into the face." ALICIA

So many women have some version of this story

"The big myth is that it gets worse as we get older, that we lose something, and that we just kind of have to get on board with that and accept it and accept, missing something that used to be here. And I mean, I talk to so many women every day, every week that have some version of this story and. It has a really dampening effect on our desire, our turn on our, our desirability, our feeling of attractiveness. There's just something about getting older that's looked upon as getting worse."  ALICIA

What Tantra is all about

"Tantra is not about having some esoteric understanding. It's about cultivating presence in the body, about really getting into your body and including what we call the vital center, which is the sex center, like your hips, your pelvis, your genitals, that whole part of you really bringing attention and focus into that."  ALICIA

We have a lot of sensual energy in our bodies

"When we have the hormonal shift moving into perimenopause, menopause, we've got these different feelings, heightened, emotionality, all of it ~ we just need to embrace and ride the wave and do what we need to do. This doesn't just apply to perimenopausal, menopausal, postmenopausal women, but all women. We have a lot of sensual energy in our bodies. And one thing that happens in relationships when that energy isn't acknowledged, enjoyed ~ really enjoyed ~ it can kind of go rancid into this ~ you just wanna pick a fight. You wanna just murder him. You wanna just kill someone. And when you start to address your sensuality and steady extended orgasm, or do these exercises that really put attention on sensuality, so much of that disappears." ALICIA

it's a mental thing

"I've never met any woman that literally had, a physical inability to get turned on again or at all... it's a mental thing. It's a psychological thing." ALICIA
