Cannadelic Block Party and Night Market | September 19, 2026
On Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 4 to 11 PM, Cannadelic held a "Block Party and Night Market" on 3rd Avenue South in the St. Petersburg Warehouse Arts District, and Rockstar Blends was there with another variation of our booth, like we have since 2023.
What was this?
This was a new variation for Cannadelic - an intentionally outdoor Block Party and Night Market that took over the block of 2233 3rd Avenue South, between 22nd and 23rd Streets South, in the St. Petersburg Warehouse Arts District on Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 4 to 11 PM.
We can confirm the St Pete Catalyst listing: this edition brought two stages, more than 60 vendors, wellness experiences, food and drinks, and outdoor entertainment, for guests aged 18 and over.
These amazing St. Pete events bring together activations, tantric workshops, music, food and more, with the aim of creating a safe space for cannabis andpsychedelic education, experiences and opportunity for more radical human connection.
Who puts Cannadelic on in St. Petersburg?
The St. Petersburg gatherings are organized seasonally by Pete Sessa, formerly of the Florida Cannabis Coalition, and Dr. Angela Fisher of Bionic Bloom, her practice in the city.
Cannadelic describes its work as cannabis and psychedelic education, immersive experiences and community, through conferences, retreats and cultural gatherings.
At the Cannadelic Global Summit in St. Petersburg on November 9, 2025, Dr. Fisher, founder of Bionic Bloom Wellness Collective and the Neurodivergent Empowerment Institute, gave the keynote, and Pete Sessa closed the day with a talk on unlocking radical human connection for societal change.
How long has Cannadelic been going on?
The St. Petersburg story reaches back at least to the summer of 2023. Ahead of Cannadelic Summer on July 15, 2023, Pete and Colleen Sessa, co-founders of the Florida Cannabis Coalition, spoke with WMNF about cannabis and psychedelics.
That gathering, held at The Factory art center, offered keynotes and panels, an expo hall, live music, workshops, art installations and a cacao ceremony led by Bionic Bloom, as Fat Nugs Magazine recorded.
Since then the format has moved between conference days and open-air markets, and the September block party carried that thread into the Warehouse Arts District.
How long has Rockstar Blends been doing Cannadelic?
Rockstar Blends has taken part in Cannadelic since 2023. We wrote about Cannadelic Summer 2023, then Cannadelic 2024 at Coastal Creative and the Sex, Science and Psychoactives panel that same year.
In 2025 we were a sponsor of Cannadelic Miami, and this year we joined the night markets on April 3 and June 6 before returning for the September block party.
The was another great afternoon/evening for us, talking with friends old and new about plant medicine and the latest goings in research, regulation and experiences.
These gatherings are a terrific opportunity to meet people in person, in an open-minded setting that Pete and Angela have enables a community to shape into have something for everyone looking for more radical human connection with other people and themselves.
Hope to see you at the next one ~ this year's Cannadelic Wonderland & Holiday Market on December 19!
