Episode Highlights

what we're not aware of
"we are working together with Dr. Stephanie Peacock to create one program that is completely free for anyone… a master class on Toxic Exposures just to educate the audience of this toxic culture that we all live in right now and that we're not aware of. Every day activities from you starting your day and pouring your first glass of water, taking a shower, cleaning your teeth, using deodorant, putting on clothes to exercise." NATALIE
you can change right now
"Changing everything in one day would probably be a lot and very expensive. But things that we're using every day, like your toothpaste, or your toilet paper, products for women care, things that we are more exposed to and they're not as expensive, but you can change right now, would be a great first step." NATALIE
how do we absorb all these toxins?
"I love this because it's immediately actionable... power lies in understanding the science of how our bodies interact with these things and how we can filter them through our body. So let's start with just the first hard part, like you talked about all the toxins. I mean, we just learned that our leggings have microplastics. So how do we absorb all of these toxins? Let's understand that first." NATALIE
so many chemicals
"Do you use plastic utensils that are in the heat when you're turning around your patty? Even it could be super healthy food, but again, there are so many chemicals in your non-stick ceramic cookware, even the one that you invested a lot of money, but it still has this non-stick That is not yet proven to be that poisonous, but it has completely similar description as those chemicals that are prohibited right now." NATALIE
constantly detoxing
"I'm probably the only person who is selling detox, telling you you don't really need detox. You do when you expose yourself to too many toxins. But generally, your body is naturally detoxing every single day. Your main detox organ is liver, but your lymphatic system, your GI tract, there's a lot of our kidney. It's all constantly detoxing." NATALIE
